Which countries still switch between summer and winter time in 2026, from the official IANA time zone database (version 2026c). Most of Europe changes its clocks; most of Asia, Africa and South America does not. New Zealand, in the southern hemisphere, springs forward in late September and falls back in April. In the United States, Canada, Mexico, Chile, Australia and Greenland only some regions change, and Morocco and Western Sahara put their clocks back an hour during Ramadan.
